Who we are

This website is operated by Global Path Overseas . For anything in this policy, contact us at info@globalpathoverseas.in.

What we collect, and when

We only collect what you type into a form on this site. Specifically:

• Consultation form: your name, phone number and chosen destination.
• Query form: your name, phone number, email address, destination, study level and your message.
• Newsletter: your email address.
• Automatically with any submission: your IP address, your browser's user-agent string, the page you submitted from, any campaign parameters in the URL, and the date and time you ticked the consent box.

We do not run advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site. The only cookies set are the Laravel session cookie and the CSRF token cookie, both of which are strictly necessary for the forms to work and neither of which is used to profile you.

Why we hold it

To answer your enquiry and to advise you on studying abroad. That is the whole purpose. We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box before you submit a form, and we record the moment you gave it alongside your enquiry.

Who else sees it

Enquiries are stored in our own database and emailed to our office. They are not sold, rented or shared for marketing.

We share your details with a third party only when doing so is part of the service you have asked for — for example, submitting your application to a university you have chosen, or introducing your loan file to a lender you have agreed to approach. We tell you before each of those, and you can decline.

Two suppliers necessarily see your data in the course of keeping the service running: the company that hosts this website and its database, and the provider that delivers our email. Both process it on our instructions and for no purpose of their own. Ask us and we will tell you who they currently are.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries that do not become clients: 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted.
• Client files: retained for the length of the engagement, and afterwards for as long as tax and dispute-resolution law requires us to keep them.
• Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to:

• tell you what we hold about you,
• correct anything that is wrong,
• delete it,
• stop contacting you, or stop sending the newsletter.

Write to us at info@globalpathoverseas.in and we will action it within 30 days. You do not need to give a reason, and we will not ask you to stay.

Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on access-controlled servers. Only staff who need to work your enquiry can see it. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send passport scans, bank statements or other sensitive documents through the website forms — we will tell you the secure route when the time comes.

Children

This site is aimed at students aged 17 and over. If you are under 18, please have a parent or guardian submit the form with you.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be notified to anyone on the newsletter list.
